Tried sanding with a cheap orbital from Harbor Freight vs my old DeWalt, and the difference was almost funny
Bought a $25 orbital sander from Harbor Freight last month in a pinch and ran it on a set of oak cabinet doors at a buddy's shop in Boise. The pad wobbled so bad it left swirl marks I had to hand sand out, while my beat up DeWalt from 2015 cut clean in one pass. Took me 3 extra hours to fix what the cheap one messed up. Anyone else had a tool that was so bad it actually cost you more time than money?
