Warning: a warped face frame from Home Depot plywood ate 11 hours of my shop time in Tulsa
Grabbed 3 sheets of 3/4 birch ply from the Home Depot on Memorial in Tulsa for a built-in job. Two sheets had a 1/8 inch bow across the face, so every face frame I glued up pulled out of square. I didn't catch it until the doors wouldn't sit flush, and that fix ran me 11 hours of rework plus about $90 in wasted stock. Now I check flatness with a straightedge before it goes on the truck. Has anyone else had a bad run at that store, or is it just me?
