Showerthought: My old crew in Phoenix used to take 3 hours on a standard install. New guy with a different crimper tool cut it to 90 minutes.

Used to believe all crimpers were basically the same. Watched a guy redo a whole set of PEX lines with a proper tool, and it was a different world. The crimps were perfect on the first try every time, no fiddling. It made me realize the right gear isn't just about durability, it's about not fighting the job.
