Update: My roofing job made me rethink how we secure coaxial lines.
I think using metal straps for everything is overkill. A good plastic clip does the job just fine and saves time.

My last boss insisted on metal straps, like we were securing garden hoses with a seatbelt. Plastic clips got the job done before lunch.
