Vent: Almost got zapped on a job in Fort Collins last week
Was up a ladder running a new drop and my drill bit nicked a line that wasn't marked on the old building plans. Anyone else run into hidden live wires in old construction?

I saw that post too, @ellis.susan. Honestly, it looks like a tiny scratch on the corner. In my experience, people online make a big deal out of minor things. It's probably not even noticeable in normal light. I'd need to see it in person to call it serious.

People online are right to point out small flaws. A scratch might seem minor, but it shows a lack of care in handling. If you pay for something new, you expect it to be perfect. Calling it out holds sellers accountable for their condition descriptions.
