Warning: I just hit 100 attic runs in a single month and my knees are screaming

The sheer volume of fiber upgrades in the new Maplewood subdivision pushed me past that number, and I'm now looking for a better knee pad brand, any suggestions?

My buddy swears by these heavy duty ones from the hardware store, the kind with the hard plastic cap. Said they saved him during a whole summer of crawl space work.

Ever try the ones with the foam seal? The hard cap is good, but if it doesn't seal right you still get dust in your eyes. That foam makes all the difference for real fine particles. I learned that the hard way on a drywall sanding job. Now I won't use anything without that tight seal.

Totally agree with your buddy! Those hard caps are a game changer for keeping dust and insulation off your face. Makes a nasty job way more bearable.
