Lost my favorite screwdriver set after 12 years on the bench
Last week I realized my old Wiha set was missing from my kit. I've had those screwdrivers since 2011 when I first started repairing rangefinders out of my garage. Turned out my apprentice borrowed them and left them at a job site in Portland. Anyone else have a tool they just can't seem to replace?

Grabbed my buddy's favorite pair of Knipex pliers once and he still won't let me live it down. He was a car mechanic back in the 90s and those things had been through every rebuild and brake job from Seattle to Spokane. I borrowed them for one weekend to fix a stuck valve on an old motorcycle and the next Monday he's calling me screaming about how I left them in the rain at a buddy's barn. He spent three days driving around to every farm in the county trying to track them down and finally found them rusting under a tarp. Ended up just buying him a brand new pair but he said the old ones had "the perfect grip" and wouldn't touch the new set for like six months. Still brings it up every time we have a beer.
