Gave up on Wealthsimple after their support took 11 days to reply to a basic transfer question
Was trying to move my RRSP from another bank and after waiting almost two weeks for a response I just pulled everything out and moved it to a credit union instead, has anyone else had that kind of delay with them?

Idk, their support actually replied to me within a day last month, so maybe it's just luck.

Oh yeah, totally depends on the luck of the draw. I got a quick reply once too but the next time it took over a week. Feels like they pick random tickets to answer fast and let the rest sit. Makes it hard to plan around.

Ha, right?! It's such a crapshoot. @riley43 you got lucky with a one day turnaround but I think that's the exception not the rule. I'm curious though, have any of you noticed if it matters what time of day you submit the ticket? Like maybe they batch process overnight or something.
