Just hit 100 new users this month from a single Reddit post about our payment flow

Someone on r/PersonalFinanceCanada pointed out our app doesn't charge hidden FX fees on USD transfers and now I'm scrambling to keep up with support tickets, anyone else find that one random comment can blow up your whole month?

Whoa, hold up, 100 users from a single post? That's insane. I mean, I've had a few posts get some traction before, but never anything close to that. It's wild how one random comment about something like hidden FX fees can just totally change your whole month like that. Hope your support team is ready for the ride.

Setting up a canned response for the top 3 questions can save your sanity while you're drowning in tickets. You got a support tool that lets you tag and batch reply yet?
