My payment processor ate 3% of our revenue last month

Was going over our October books at my desk in Vancouver. Discovered gateway fees and monthly minimums cost us $847 on just $28k in transactions. Anyone else getting nickel and dimed by their payment stack?

Is it really that serious though... I mean yeah getting ghosted sucks but we've all been there and moved on. People act like it's this huge betrayal but sometimes you just lose interest or life gets in the way. I just don't think it's worth getting all worked up over, there are way worse things out there. Maybe it's just me but I'd rather someone fade out than drag out a fake conversation for weeks.
