Our Interac payout webhook died on a Friday night and a guy at a Tim Hortons in Mississauga helped me fix it
I was on support chat at 11pm after 40 users in Toronto got stuck with pending withdrawals, and the fix turned out to be one retry queue we never built, so I want to know how other Canadian founders here handle payout failures without scaring the users.
