I saw a post on the Ontario tech subreddit a while back where someone said they were juggling deadlines for like 7 different grant programs and missing half of them. $400 for a tracking tool sounds nuts when there are free options out there, so good call on the switch. The tricky part with those fintech grants is they all update their dates without telling anyone, so the tool is only as good as whoever keeps it current. Six spreadsheets would've driven me up the wall too, honestly.
