Warning: that bank integration tool took me 3 days to set up
I picked a new payment processor for my small business last month and figured I'd have it running in an afternoon. Three days later I was still on hold with support trying to figure out why it wouldn't talk to my accounting software. Turned out the API key was in a different menu than the documentation said. Has anyone else wasted a whole weekend on a simple integration?

Oh man, that is so frustrating. I had the exact same problem with a payment tool last year, and what finally worked was setting aside a solid chunk of time and going step by step through their setup guide with a printed checklist. I know it sounds basic, but checking off each little thing forced me to notice I had the wrong account type selected on the processor side. Also, taking screenshots of every single menu and button I clicked helped me retrace my steps when I got lost. Hope you get it sorted soon, that feeling of wasted time is the worst.
