A simple trick that got me a call back after 50 ignored applications
I was sending out resumes for marketing jobs in Chicago and getting zero replies. My friend told me to add a single line at the top of my resume right under my name that said 'Helped increase social engagement by 30% for a local cafe.' I sent out 10 more applications with that line and got 3 interviews the next week. Has anyone else tried something this small that made a huge difference?

Yeah, "the whole point" really sums it up. It's frustrating when people try to downplay something that's actually the main issue. I get what you're saying, taylor12, it completely changes the situation. They act like it's a tiny detail when it's the entire reason anything matters.
