Can we talk about my review getting pushed back 3 weeks and me saying no?
My boss tried to move my yearly review from last Friday to the end of the month with no real reason, and I flat out said no thanks. I told her I'd been tracking my numbers since January and had the printout ready, so we did it right there in 20 minutes. People act like waiting is normal, but all it does is give them more time to find problems. How do you handle a boss who keeps moving the goalposts on your own review?

Bring your own numbers to the meeting and offer to do it right then, keeps them from stalling.
