Vent: Interview feedback is usually useless, but a manager actually told me what to fix.

Hearing specific notes on my presentation helped me improve for future talks.

Interview feedback is usually useless, so getting actual advice is like winning the lottery (but without the money).

What if useful feedback is common, not a lottery like @brians91 thinks?

Read this article where a hiring manager said most feedback is too vague to help. They gave examples like "not a good fit" which tells you nothing, versus specific notes on your project answers. So it's not a lottery, but you have to push for real details instead of accepting the polite brush-off.
