Overheard a guy at the lumberyard say his circ saw blade was dull after 20 cuts in treated pine
Realized I've been way too cheap on replacing blades after burning through a whole sheet of plywood last week because I kept pushing a dull one, does anyone track how many cuts they get out of a good Diablo blade?

20 cuts in treated pine? That blade's gotta be GARBAGE or the wood was wet.

Oh man I had the same problem with treated pine last month lol. What finally worked for me was switching to a Diablo 60 tooth blade and slowing way down on the feed rate. Also made sure to let the wood sit in my shop for a few days before cutting so it dried out a bit more. Night and day difference honestly.
