That client in Boise who said my chalk line was 'good enough'
Guy points at my snapped line, says don't bother redoing it, it's just a closet. Three weeks later he's calling about crooked shelves. I told him the line was off 3/8 inch, he said fine. Has anyone else had a customer override your layout call and then blame you later?

That 3/8 inch bit me once too, so now I take a photo of the line and the customer pointing at it before I move on. Saved my ass when the same guy tried to blame me a month later.
