Hot take: tack strips or glue down for concrete slabs? A guy in Phoenix quoted me $2.40 a yard more for glue and I can't tell if he's right or just upselling

$2.40 a yard extra in Phoenix isnt crazy since that dirt moves a lot with the heat and tack strips can pop loose over time. Glue down handles that slab movement way better and you wont get squeaks or hollow spots after a few summers. Downside is pulling it up later is a total pain, so if you might redo the floor in a few years just eat the tack strip cost now.
