Pro tip: skip the $60 corner cutting tool I got from the supply house in Tulsa, it just chewed up my backing
Bought one of those corner cutting tools at a supply house in Tulsa about 3 months ago. Figured it would save me time on all the closet corners. Nope. The blade grabbed the backing on a stretch-in job and ripped a 6 inch tear I had to patch. Whole thing cost me a $60 tool plus a roll of seam tape and about an hour of redo. Went back to my hook blade and a straight edge and it is faster anyway. Anyone found a corner tool that actually works or is it all junk?
