Swapped from knee kicker to power stretcher full time in 2021 and wish I did it sooner

Eight months. That's how long I kept using a knee kicker after I bought the power stretcher. Just sat there in my truck mocking me. My knees feel way better now. Honestly I don't even know why I waited. Probably because I'm stubborn and cheap.

Call it stubborn, but I used mine for almost a full year after buying a power stretcher. Had it leaning against the wall of my garage, just staring at me every time I walked past. Finally switched over and wondered why I put my body through all that extra wear and tear for so long.
