Vent: my cat yowled through my 9am Zoom interview and the hiring manager asked if I had a 'commentary track'

I was mid-answer about my last job and she jumped on the desk and started screaming at a bird outside my window in Chicago, and I had to mute myself for 2 minutes. Has anyone else tried one of those motion sensor air cans, or do I just lock her out of the room next time?
