Found out my favorite coffee shop guy has been a national champion juggler this whole time
Stopped for my usual iced latte yesterday and noticed a silver trophy tucked behind the pastry case. Asked about it and barista dude casually drops that he won the 2019 International Juggling Association championships in Columbus, Ohio. He even did a quick three ball routine right there behind the counter. Been getting coffee there for almost a year and had zero clue. Has anyone else stumbled onto a hidden talent from someone you see all the time?

Maybe it's just me but juggling doesn't really seem that impressive compared to making a perfect latte every single time.

The thing about Columbus being random for a national championship is exactly right. But I gotta say, that guy probably appreciates the latte routine way more than the juggling trophy. Kind of cool he's got a whole different life behind the counter though. Makes you wonder what other regular people are hiding in plain sight.
