That lady at the bus stop changed my mind about lending money
I always said never lend friends money, but last Tuesday this older woman at the 5th Street bus stop told me how she loans $20 to a different neighbor every month just to keep the connection going. She said half never pay back but the ones who do check on her when she's sick. Made me rethink my whole rule, has anyone else had a stranger shift their stance on something like that?

Understand that completely, it sounds like she found a way to turn money into real company which is smarter than most people's rules. Kind of makes you wonder if we’re too strict with ourselves sometimes.
