I just hit 500 orders for my signature burger in a single month

That's more than double our usual count, and it's because we finally nailed the house-made pickles after three recipe tweaks. Anyone else have a menu item that suddenly EXPLODED in popularity?

Honestly, it's the brisket. Getting that bark just right without drying out the flat is a constant battle. I'm tweaking the wrap time and temp on my next cook.
