Mise en place for my morning prep list? Got it down to 22 minutes flat

My breakfast service was always chaotic until I started writing my prep list in the order of the coolers, not the recipe order. It took me three tries to figure out that grabbing everything for the yogurt parfaits from the same shelf saves me about 8 minutes a morning. Anyone else organize their station by walk-in layout instead of dish flow?

I still grab things in order from the recipe and just look like I'm lost in a maze.
