Gutter guy drilled into my siding line during a rainstorm detour

So it's pouring in July, and I'm up in the attic checking a drip spot in the corner of the bedroom. I hear this terrible grinding noise outside, look out, and there's the gutter cleaning crew trying to punch a new downspout hole right through my cedar siding. They had the wrong house number, I guess from the flyer. I yelled out the window, they stopped after 2 holes, but the damage was done. Took me a Saturday and $38 worth of wood filler and paint to patch it. Now I always walk outside to confirm the address before any crew starts work. Has anyone else had a contractor just wing it like that without double checking the property?
