Water heater died on the coldest night in January and the plumber quoted me $2,400
Spent that whole week hauling buckets from my neighbor's hose across the snow until I found a guy in Parma who did it for $850, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has a go-to contractor who won't price gouge when it's 12 degrees out.
