Can we talk about using vinegar to clean solar panels?
I finally got around to cleaning my 8 rooftop solar panels with white vinegar and water last Saturday, and my meter showed a 15% jump in generation the next two days. I had just been waiting for rain before, but apparently the dust was really cutting into my output like crazy. Has anyone else tried a simple vinegar mix or do you use those fancy commercial panel cleaners?

Vinegar seemed too basic to me but now I'm convinced it works better than rain alone.

Dollar store white vinegar works great but my first time using it I forgot to dilute it and basically pickled my windowsill. Now I mix one part vinegar to three parts water and it cleans way better than rain ever did without destroying my plants. You ever accidentally make your own window salad like that too?
