Did you check if the new head messed with your water heater? I read somewhere that low flow heads can make the water run longer cause it takes forever to get hot, so you end up using more in the long run. My cousin swapped his out in Columbus and saw the same thing, bill creeped up a few bucks. Turns out he was just standing there waiting for hot water twice as long. Sometimes the cheap fix backfires on you.
