My gas stove finally died and I switched to induction, here's what shocked me in Portland

After my 25 year old range gave out last January I bought a $300 induction hot plate to test before committing, and my electric bill dropped $18 the first month plus the kitchen stays cool enough that I actually cook in July now, has anyone else made the jump and noticed their indoor air quality change?
