Started tracking my meat consumption with a free app and cut it by 40% in 2 weeks
I was shocked to see my daily average was almost 3 servings of beef alone after logging for just 5 days. Anyone else use a food tracker to see where their biggest carbon impact really comes from?

Is it just tracking or actually cutting back that made the difference? 40% is wild that fast. I started logging my diet and saw how much cheese I was killing.

Track the time of day too. Not just what you eat but when. I noticed my cravings and bad choices mostly hit after 8pm so I started closing the kitchen after dinner. Fixed a lot without changing anything else.
