Everyone says to learn Python first, but I think that advice trips up total beginners
I keep hearing "just start with Python" and after helping two coworkers here in Dayton try it, I think that skips a step that actually matters. They both got stuck on installing stuff and never once typed a line that showed anything on screen, so they quit inside 3 weeks. Is it just me, or should people mess around in a browser sandbox for a bit first before dealing with all that setup?
