Spent $240 on a fancy grinder attachment, now it sits in my closet
Last month I got this wild idea that my espresso needed a $240 single-dose grinder attachment for my existing setup. The reviews made it sound like magic dust for flavor. Three weeks later and I've used it twice, both times it sprayed coffee grounds all over my counter like a glitter bomb. My $30 hand grinder does the same job in the same time, I just got caught up in the hype. Now I'm staring at this metal cylinder collecting dust while my wife gives me the look. Has anyone else bought a pricey coffee gadget that turned out to be a total dud?
