That fancy coffee subscription cost me $600 before I realized it was a scam
Signed up for a single-origin subscription back in March, thought I was getting small-batch roasts. Turned out they were just reselling bulk beans from a warehouse. Has anyone else gotten burned by these subscription services?

Is it possible you just didn't taste the beans well enough to notice they were still good?

$600 is wild, that's practically a car payment for bad coffee. I'd be so mad if I spent that much just to find out I was getting warehouse beans, at least the cheap stuff is honest about it.
