Why I finally stopped pretending pour over was just fancy drip coffee
After 8 years of rolling my eyes at my buddy who kept pushing his $60 gooseneck kettle, I tried his V60 setup at his place in Portland last month and the difference in sweetness was so obvious I went home and ordered one that same night, so has anyone else had that moment where you realized the gear actually matters and it wasnt just hype?
