My drink was in a clear plastic cup and theirs was in a red solo cup, so my autopilot was on full ignore. What did theirs actually taste like that finally snapped you out of it?

Honestly saw a whole thread about drink mix-ups at parties last week. People were saying the taste of warm beer when you expect a cold soda is a real shock. One guy said he got a mouthful of someone's gross vodka cranberry instead of his punch. That weird, unexpected flavor just kills the autopilot mode instantly.
