Barista quote about paper cups finally clicked for me
Yesterday at Blue Bottle in Austin, I overheard a barista tell a customer that their to-go cup was 'a handshake for a stranger.' Been thinking about that all day, especially since I usually sit there for 2 hours nursing a latte. Has anyone else had a tiny overheard line that reshaped how they see a normal coffee routine?

What made you stay for 2 hours in the first place? Curious if the cup line changed how you feel about camping out there so long.
