Can we talk about the espresso machine dying 10 minutes before a rush at my usual spot on 5th
I was sitting at the counter of the little shop on 5th around 7:40 last Tuesday when their only machine started screaming and then just quit. The barista, Marisol, shrugged and started pulling pour overs for a line of 15 people, and honestly the wait was 25 minutes but nobody left. Does your regular place have a backup plan, or is one dead machine all it takes to sink the whole morning?
