Hot take: the $22 "artisanal" pour over at that place on Elm is the same cup you get for $3 anywhere else
I sat there for a half hour last Saturday and watched the barista do the exact same pour I do at home with my $9 cone. My girlfriend got a $9 small latte next door, which honestly tasted better. Am I missing something about what makes a spot worth the markup?
