Reached six months of sketching folks at the coffee shop. Most call it invasive, but I've gotten to know the regulars.

That's awesome, and it's a great way to connect with people without even talking. I used to draw folks on the bus and ended up recognizing a few commuters after a while. It turns a boring wait into something kind of special.

Totally. That's way better than taking photos of people, which just feels creepy. Drawing feels honest, like you're actually seeing them instead of just grabbing an image. Makes the whole boring daily routine feel more human.
