The 'reading room' at my local café in Portland is real and I owe the owner an apology
I laughed when the owner of Beans on Alberta said he kept a no phones room in the back, but after 3 visits I noticed I get more done in 40 minutes there than 2 hours at my kitchen table, so has anyone else found a café with a rule like that and does it hold up long term?
