Cleaned out my old boxes and found I've kept every single convention badge since 1998
That's over 25 years of plastic lanyards and faded ink. It hit me that I've been going to the same local show since I was a teenager, watching the crowd change. Anyone else have a weird collection that tracks their time in the hobby?

My buddy found all his old ticket stubs in a shoebox (like, a literal shoebox).

My closet is full of old concert tees from like 2005, I can't throw them out.

Wait, 1998 was over 25 years ago? Man, that math hurts my head. I had to check it, but you're totally right, it's been 26 years. That's wild. It really shows how long you've been in it, holding onto all that history. Those old badges must tell a whole story by themselves.
