Hit 1,000 trades on my pull list this week

My comic shop tracks everything through this Punchh app thing, and it logged my 1,000th trade or pickup this Tuesday. I've been going to the same shop in Portland for about 8 years now, so I guess it adds up. It surprised me because I thought I was more of a casual reader, but that number says otherwise. Has anyone else looked at their shop's loyalty stats and realized they're deeper in than they thought?

That 1,000 number sneaks up on you, kind of like how I never realize I've spent 3 hours just scrolling through covers until closing time. It's funny how small trips add up to something bigger than you'd guess.

MAN, that's wild! A thousand trades is no joke. It reminds me of this time I was digging through my longboxes last weekend and realized I've got like four copies of the same issue from different shops because I kept forgetting I already owned it. That app thing sounds handy though, I just keep a mental tally and it's a mess. Maybe I should get my shop to set up one of those point systems, but then I'd have to admit how much I really spend.
