Unpopular opinion: It took me three weeks to fix my dump valve issue, not the 20 minutes everyone says.
Everyone online acts like replacing a dump valve on your Kirby Morgan mask is a quick swap, but mine had a cracked seat I missed and I spent three weekends chasing a slow leak. Anyone else run into something simple that turned into a whole project?

Took me two damn weeks to figure out my Kirby Morgan exhaust button was sticking, turns out I had a tiny piece of sand wedged under it from a beach dive months ago. I literally took the whole mask apart three times, bought a new valve, and only noticed the sand when I dropped the old part on my kitchen floor. Made me feel real smart sitting there with sand in my hand and a new valve I didnt even need.
