Guy next to me on the 8:15 train spilled an entire iced latte on my shoes this morning
I was standing in the aisle near Union Station and this dude loses his grip, sends a whole grande latte straight onto my sneakers. Didn't even apologize, just stared at the puddle. Anyone else have a commute mess that just ruined your day?

Wipe your shoes on his pant leg and walk away. That's the only move.

Why not just pour your drink down his shirt and call it an accident?

@robert_bell, I get the shoe wipe idea but that's risky if he's the type to swing first. Nobody's mentioned just loudly asking "Hey, do your shoes need a shine?" while staring at his pant leg. Somebody embarrassed might back off before anything physical starts.
