Hit 50,000 miles on my car this morning... same exact spot on the highway where I bought it with 12 miles back in 2016.
Just kinda wild to think how many times I've made that same left turn onto the interstate without even noticing until today, but hey, has anyone else ever kept track of a weird milestone like that?

Whoa, hold on... "same exact spot on the highway"? That's wild. You're telling me you looked down at the odometer at the precise same stretch of road where you first got the keys? That feels like some kinda sign, man. I've put a lot of miles on vehicles over the years but I don't think I've ever had a moment line up like that. It's like the car was giving you a little nod after all that time.

@the_nathan makes me think of that time my odometer hit 100k right as I passed the diner where I had my first legal drink.
