Had a customer stand over my shoulder for 45 minutes while I swapped a laptop keyboard
Last Tuesday I was doing a keyboard replacement on a Dell Latitude for a guy at his kitchen table in Bakersfield, and he just stood there the whole time watching every screw I pulled. He kept saying "my nephew builds computers" after every single step, then asked why I was using a plastic spudger instead of a butter knife. Am I the only one who wants to hand these folks a screwdriver and let them try it themselves?
