Rethought my whole stance on remote jobs after a server room chat

I used to think remote techs were just lazy, but this guy in Phoenix last week walked me through a 200-node failover he handled from his kitchen table. He caught a PSU spike before the monitoring alert even fired. Has anyone else flipped their opinion on off-site diagnostics?
