Hit 40,000 sq ft of polished concrete in a single month for the first time
That's a new personal record for me, and it only happened because we switched to using a Husqvarna PG 820 with diamond tooling for the whole grind. Anyone else push a crazy square footage number recently and what was your secret?

That's a serious amount of floor. The right machine makes all the difference. We had a similar jump when we committed to a full diamond setup on a larger grinder. It cuts down on the number of passes you need, which saves an incredible amount of time over that many square feet. Keeping a strict schedule for changing segments before they're completely worn out also kept us moving without slowdowns.
